As Controller and Human Resources Manager, I bring combined experience in construction accounting and HR, supporting both the financial and people-side of our operations. I work closely with field and office teams and have hands-on experience in job costing, WIP reporting, audits, compliance, and system improvements. My focus is on building reliable processes and strong teams that support successful projects and long-term growth.
